Rita the Robot is here to be a complementary member of the Chili's team and serve up a good time! You might find Rita helping our Team Members seating guests, delivering food or singing happy birthday.

Rita was originally piloted in one restaurant in early 2020 before an expanded test in which she debuted in another 10 locations. Since then, Rita has passed enough metrics to expand her location count to another 51 restaurants across eight states.

Keep an eye out next time you swing by, she might be coming to a Chili’s near you.
